Process
Here is what to expect in our Zumba Class
Warm up - We will start with some warm-up exercises like jogging, jumping jacks and stretching to get the blood flowing and muscles warmed up.
The routine - The instructor will lead the class through a series of dance moves called "steps," which combine hip-shaking salsa and easy basic steps that anyone can learn.
Cool down - A cool down period is also important to help your body return to its normal state after exercising vigorously.
