Process
A typical session will include:
Guided breathing - You'll learn how to breathe properly through the different poses.
Focused movement - You'll focus on the alignment of your body during each pose while keeping your mind clear of distractions.
Relaxation - After engaging in moving meditation, you'll relax into shavasana (corpse pose). This is an important part of any yoga practice because it allows the body to rest after all its hard work!
