Process
Here is what to expect in our bodybuilding classes
A warm up that focuses on mobility and flexibility, followed by some dynamic stretching.
A circuit workout consisting of compound lifts, such as squats, deadlifts, and presses. These exercises will help build strength and muscle mass.
A cool down that includes stretching and mobility work.
